Texting terms

Perpetual Workforce sends text messages on behalf of the small businesses we work with (“our clients”). These terms explain what to expect.

What messages you’ll receive

  • Replies to your call or request. If you call one of our clients and they can’t answer, or you send a request through their website, you may receive a text from that business asking how they can help, followed by a few questions about your request.
  • Updates about your request, if you agreed to receive them.
  • A review request, if you agreed to receive one: a single message after your job asking for a review, with at most two reminders.

Every message identifies the business it’s from. Message frequency varies with your conversation.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of getting service.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again unless you reply START. We also honour other clear requests to stop, such as “please stop texting me”.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at hello@perpetualworkforce.com.

Other terms

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your information as described in our privacy policy, and we never share mobile information or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
