Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Perpetual Workforce (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the services we provide to businesses (“our clients”), including text messages we send on their behalf.
The short version
- We collect only what we need to reply to you or to provide our services.
- We never sell personal information, and we never share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Information we collect
When you use this website. If you fill in a form, we receive what you type: for example your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and message. Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers.
When a business uses our services. When we answer calls and messages for one of our clients, we receive the caller’s phone number, the messages they send and any details they choose to share, such as their name, address and what they need. If our automated assistant answers a call, we receive a written transcript of the call. The assistant says so at the start of the call, and we don’t keep a recording. If someone agrees to receive texts (for example by ticking a box on a client’s website), we keep a record of that consent, including the exact wording they agreed to and when. If someone asks us to stop, we keep a record of that too, so we don’t contact them again.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry or send the report you asked for.
- To provide our services to our clients: replying to their customers, passing job details to the business, and sending messages the customer agreed to receive.
- To keep records of consent and opt-outs, as the law requires.
- To keep our services secure and working properly.
We don’t use the content of our clients’ customer conversations to market our own services to those customers.
Text messages
Text messages are sent only as described in our texting terms. Mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
Who we share information with
We share information only with:
- The business you contacted. If you call or message one of our clients, we pass your details and messages to that business so they can help you.
- Service providers who work for us, such as our website host, our phone and text-messaging provider (which also turns speech into text and text into speech on calls our assistant answers), our email provider and the AI service that helps write replies. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and customer-conversation records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We keep consent and opt-out records for longer, because they prove we’ve respected people’s choices.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law (such as opt-out records). Contact us at hello@perpetualworkforce.com.
Changes
